How We Use Technology
Technology helps us in many ways. Satellite views and photos help us prepare an estimate, and digital tools help us schedule, stay in touch with you, and keep records of each job.
The Estimate
A satellite view can show the length of each roof edge, and it gives us a good starting point. Some details can only be found in person or on video: whether the fascia is soft, how the soffit is holding up, or where water has been getting behind the drip edge.
During an estimate we check the fascia, the roof pitch, each corner, and where the water goes today. That way your estimate reflects your actual home.
On-Site Fabrication
Seamless gutters are formed on-site from a continuous aluminum coil using a portable gutter machine. The operator adjusts each piece for length, end caps and outlet placement based on what they see on the roof.
Homes are rarely perfectly square. A fascia board may bow slightly, or a corner may not be exactly 90 degrees after years of settling. Our crew measures and adjusts for each of these as the work goes along.
Skilled Hands-On Work
Gutter installation is skilled manual work. It takes training, care and good judgment to set each hanger, keep the pitch right, and fit each corner.
Adjusting on the Job
Every house has its own details: a section of fascia that needs repair, a downspout that has to route around an HVAC unit, a soffit vent in a tight spot, or shingles with an uneven overhang.
Our crew works through these on the spot and explains what we found. Twenty years of experience means we have seen most situations before.
The Walkthrough
When we finish a job, we walk around the house with you, show you every run, explain how the water will flow, and back the work with our 2 Year Workmanship Warranty. If anything goes wrong with our work, call us.
In Summary
We use technology every day, from this website to the tools that help us schedule and communicate. The installation itself is careful hands-on work by an experienced crew.
